Adding inclusion! Valencia Conference Centre strengthens its commitment to diversity

Our new strategic alliance with Best Way and Amigó Foundation offers work opportunities for people at risk of social exclusion

Valencia Conference Centre strengthens its commitment to inclusion and equal opportunities by establishing a strategic alliance with Best Way, a new company supplying auxiliary room staff, which will integrate people at risk of social exclusion into its team.

On its behalf, Best Way has partnered with the Amigó Foundation, an organisation with extensive experience in the social and individual transformation of people at risk of exclusion, especially focusing on children and young people and their families. This collaboration not only contributes to enriching our operations and services, but also promotes the integration of people in vulnerable situations into the labour market.

At Valencia Conference Centre we are committed to being an example and an agent of change in society. This is why we try to offer opportunities and visibility to vulnerable groups, thus expanding the options for access to the labour market for those people who face invisible barriers in our society, such as stereotypes and biases. This partnership therefore represents a major step towards socio-occupational inclusion and shows that everyone has a place here.

This initiative joins other actions of Valencia Conference Centre that carry out our commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It is also directly linked to Goal 10, which calls for the reduction of inequalities. These actions also include our strategic alliance with Gourmet Catering & Eventos and the Asindown Foundation, which has enabled us to incorporate people with Down’s syndrome and intellectual disabilities into our catering service.

At Valencia Conference Centre we don’t just celebrate events, we also build a more inclusive future, where there are equal opportunities for everyone!
