Christmas arrives at the Centre

With the arrival of Christmas the Conference Centre opens its doors to show business. Conferences and congresses give way to concerts which, though taking place throughout the year “in November alone the Centre hosted concerts by Lluís Llach, the Belarus National Philharmonic Society, the Glenn Miller Tribute and the Russia State Orchestra”, become even more prominent in December. Thus, we will be able to enjoy the performances of the St Petersburg Russian Army Choir, Ballet and Orchestra (whose performance last year on the same venue was extremely succe ssful) on the 21st; Valencian pop singer Vicente Seguí, winner of the 3rd Operación Triunfo contest , on the 22nd; the Florida Gospel Choir from Miami, a group of professional musicians from diffe rent cultures singing gospel and negro spiritual music, on the 27th; and the Great New Year Concert by the Strauss Festival Orchestraon the 30th. The Centre will be decorated in its best Christmas style “one of the best ways to celebrate the coming festivities” to welcome its audiences .
