Valencia Conference Centre, along with CEMAS and the Fundació Lluís Alcanyís de la Universitat de València, has created a work group with the aim of improving food sustainability and to provide a launchpad to promote different lines of action which will help, amongst other things, to prevent the issue of food waste. The results obtained through this dialogue will be shown through scientific articles, turning the Conference Centre into an ideas laboratory and allowing the extrapolation of work dynamics to other venues and environments.
