Blockchain, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence are the great challenges that the insurance sector will face in the coming years. And it is precisely these challenges that will be the focus of the Brokers’ Congress 2022, which will be held at the València Conference Center on 19 and 20 May and will attract around a thousand people.

During these two days, the main novelties and current market trends will be presented, as well as several brokerage success stories resulting from technology and how the digital revolution is transforming the sector, whose main objectives are to increase competitiveness and offer new experiences to customers.

This congress, the most important in Spain in its sector, will come to Valencia after two years without being held in person, under the slogan “Managing Uncertainty”. In the words of the General Council of Insurance Brokers, organiser of the event, “the changes experienced by the profession during this period force us to open up the subject matter to other fields and the congress will also discuss the consequences the pandemic has had on the profession”. The main topics will include regulations, economic sectors without coverage, natural catastrophes, business succession and mergers.

During the event, more than twenty speakers will discuss and share their knowledge and experience on issues such as business succession, the difficulty of insuring certain sectors, as well as customer experience and new ways of working.
