Our building, keeping up to speed with the Valencian Businessowners Association

We are staging the business event ‘Speeding up the Corridor. Activating a whole country', organised by the Valencian Businessowners Association.

Representatives from the business world and civil society to meet at the ‘Business Event for the Mediterranean Corridor and Second Six-monthly Check-up’

This event, which will be held on 12 November, has been organised by the Valencian Businessowners Association (AVE) to support and encourage construction work on the Mediterranean Corridor which is vital to promote the manufacturing, industrial and service sectors as the economic drivers of our country.

In addition to the Spanish Minister of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda, José Luis Ábalos, other personalities such as Vicente Boluda, Juan Roig, José Ignacio Goirigolzarri and Íñigo Parra, the chairmen of AVE, Mercadona, Bankia and Stadler Rail, respectively, will be attending the event. On an institutional level, the President of the Valencian Region, Ximo Puig, will also be present at the meeting.

During the encounter, which will include all the safety measures recommended by the health authorities and the specific protocols that we have implemented at the Valencia Conference Centre, the Second Six-monthly Check-up will also be presented to monitor the status of the works and the actions and deadlines pending for the Mediterranean Corridor.

AVE believes that ‘a commitment to the Mediterranean Corridor is a commitment to the country as a whole and that connecting territories contributes to strengthening our integration’. It also points out that ‘by linking regions, we can become a more competitive, prosperous country’.
