This project is part of Valencia Conference Centre’s alliance with World Sustainable Urban Food Centre of Valencia (CEMAS) and the Lluís Alcanyís Foundation. The investigating team is from the Lluís Alcanyís Foundation-University of Valencia, the Valencian Institute of Agrarian Research and the collaborating business enterprise for this initiative is Gourmet Catering & Eventos.
