Valencia Conference Centre launches “Coffee with Inspiration” series

Valencia Conference Centre remains committed to fostering connections between ideas, projects and people. On this occasion, we have decided to take another step forward with the launch of our “Coffee with Inspiration” series to promote dialogue and shared learning.

The inaugural event, under the title “Women Leaders who Connect Teams,” was moderated by Sylvia Andrés, Managing Director of Valencia Conference Centre, with guests Cristina Oliete (Manager of the Central Market), Guadalupe Ferrer (Managing Director of Casa Caridad), Paloma Mas (Director of Terminal Hub) and Daniela González (Chair of the Federation of Musical Societies of the Valencian Community). All women leaders from different sectors, who have shared their experiences managing teams, adapting to change and the importance of empathy in decision-making.

Under the overarching theme “Where Valencia Connects,” this event is part of the Conference Centre’s visions of creating a space that not only serves to exchange information, but to generate synergies, discover new forms of leadership and adapt to an environment in constant evolution. These occasions are geared towards not only reflecting on leadership challenges, but inspiring and improving the dynamics of working on a team at the Conference Centre.
