We have an appointment with the 51st National Podiatry Conference on 18 and 19 November
The 51st National Podiatry Conference organised by the prestigious Official College of Podiatrists of the Valencian Community is coming up. It will be held at the Valencia Conference Centre on 18 and 19 November 2022.
What is the aim of this conference?
It aims to give a more prominent voice to Spanish podiatry with the work and developments being made every day by national and international professionals. It has an ambitious programme of round tables with experts who will discuss clinical cases, research results and implementation experiences. These include international experts such as Anthony Redmond, Cynthia Formosa, Anne-Maree Keenan, Chris Nester, Madelin Ramil and Thomas Chang, and national experts Roberto Pascual Gutiérrez, María del Mar Ruiz Herrera and Juan José López Martínez.
There will also be parallel workshops where you can put the theories learnt in the auditorium or the corridors into practice and a free space where you can talk with an expert about any aspects not addressed in the official programme.
The event will be held over two days throughout the Conference Centre, with each room offering something different. One of the most distinctive features of the event will be the live surgery and reconstruction workshops.
The event is expected to draw in more than 1,400 attendees and 2,500 overnight stays. There will be 54 stands in the hall of the Conference Centre. It’s sure to be a great success!
We hope that this event will not only be up to the standards that the podiatry sector deserves, but also that it is compelling and interesting, as this world is evolving at the speed of light and with it, the new technologies provided by commercial companies to improve our day-to-day performance in consultations.
