Under the theme “Thinking about housing today for a better life tomorrow,” the 3rd National Housing Congress, organised by the Spanish Association of Property Developers and Builders APCEspaña, in conjunction with the Valencian Association of Property Development Companies (APROVA) and the School of Building Engineering at the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia (ETSIE), is set to bring together the main sectors involved in housing, research, teaching and innovation.

The aim of this year’s event, which will be attended by town planners, sociologists, architects and leading members of the residential and public housing sectors, is to debate the challenges facing society in order to guarantee the constitutional right of access to housing, what housing will be like post-COVID 19, and new consumers and new ways of living. It will also address the lack of available land and the central importance of partnerships between private actors and the public sector.
