From 22-25th june, the Valencia Conference Centre will hold the 17th Annual International Congress of the International Liver Transplant Society (ILTS), the biggest meeting in this area which will bring to Valencia more than 1,200 professionales from 40 different countries.

Thanks to the VCC versatility and technical equipment, an intense programme will be developed including traditional meeting formats and new ones as Vanguard Sessions or Invited Video Sessions, both of them lead by very prestigious and well-known professionals.

Some of the distinguished guests in this congress will be Dr. Rafael Matesanz Acedos, founder in 1989 and currently director of the Spanish Trasplant Organization (ONT) and creator of the Spanish Model, and  Dr. John J. Fung, past president of the International Liver Transplant Society, who will present the State of the Art Lecture “The Liver Transplant Programs in Asia: The China Experience”
