Five new hotels have recently opened their doors or are about to do so in the vicinity of the Conference Centre. Their location, close to the Norman Foster- designed building, makes the stay of all Centre users easier as they are able to walk the short distance between their place of work and that of leisure. This adds value to the Valencia Conference Centre in comparison to other similar centres , and improves the quality of the services provided. Thus ,Hilton ,Soro lla Palace ,Novo tel , Eurostars and Ibis hotel s have turned the Conference Centre area “Avenida Cortes Valencianas and its surrounding district” into the city ´s major business and finance area on account of its innovation and modernity. The new Hilton hotel (aluxury five-star hotel ) , located on 52 Avenida de las Cortes Valencianas , is part of one of the world´s major hotel chains. This 29-storey 115-metre building is the highest in the city and has 304 rooms. Sorolla Palace, also located on the Avenida de las Cortes, has 248 rooms and is 5- star quality. Novotel, 4-star and 151 rooms ;Eurostars , 5-star and 110 rooms; and Ibis, 2-star and 154 rooms, “all located onValle de Ayora Street , a few metre saway from the Valencia Conference Centre” complete the accommodation facilities in its surrounding area.
