On-site events return in earnest to the Valencia Conference Centre
Human interaction in face-to face events is, once more, one of the top priorities of professional congress organisers.

On-site events have returned in earnest to the Valencia Conference Centre. So much so, that most of our scheduled events are large mass events in which organizing companies promote the kind of experience exchange that can only be achieved by face-to-face networking.
Everyone is eager to see each other again, to meet in person with colleagues from their own sector, and to have the possibility to discuss in person the new development of different aspects of society and the positive evolution of the pandemics during this period; this has led the Congress Centre to increasingly hold events that allow enjoying face to face interaction.
A more detailed schedule shows that, over the month of November, we have held about twenty on-site events, and welcomed around 10,000 visitors. A quarter of such events have been large national and international congresses and conventions, such as the EANS Spine Training Course or the III Interdisciplinary Conference on Human Genetics (https://www.palcongres-vlc.com/es/organizadores/casos-de-exito/iii-congreso-interdisciplinar-de-genetica-humana).
Outside the conference season, during which the Congress centre holds mainly medical, technological, scientific and social conferences, other types of events are held, among which the first-class programme of Christmas stage shows and live music is a highlight. A busy end of the year, during which the Congress centre is preparing to host future on-site events, with business estimates for the following year closely resembling those of 2019, and with a marked international trend. Some of the most relevant on-site events for 2022 will be 18th International Conference of the Metabolomics Society, Meeting Pack 2022, SIOP EUROPE Annual Meeting, BILT-BCS Europe 2022, EAS 2022- European Astronomical Society Annual Meeting or International Zeolite Congress.
