From 3rd to 5th December, the AviaDev Europe forum will turn the city of Valencia into the hub of regional aviation.
The event is set to bring together around thirty airports and twenty airlines from all over Europe at the Valencia Conference Centre. It will also serve as a forum for tourism organisations, governments and aeronautical industry suppliers to discuss ways of improving the profitability of regional terminals.
Questions such as the future of regional airports after the deregulation of airspace, the ingredients to operating a successful regional airline, cooperation between airports and their stakeholders, and how to take advantage of new technologies and the use of data in the airline industry will be debated by experts on the second day of the forum.
AviaDev Europe also offers two sessions of pre-arranged business meetings to exchange experiences and establish future partnerships between congress delegates, a gala dinner at the Veles e Vents building in the Valencia Marina and a paella cooking competition for participants.
The social programme includes guided tours focusing on street and religious art, a Segway tour and a wine tasting session at the city’s oldest wine cellar to showcase some of Valencia’s main tourist attractions.
