Valencia Conference Centre hosts the ECU2024 Convention

The European Chiropractors' Union will take place from 9 to 11 May

The ECU2024 Convention, which will be held at Valencia Conference Centre from 9 to 11 May 2024, is expected to bring half a thousand chiropractic professionals from 25 countries all over the world. This event, which is held every two years, has become the largest gathering of this discipline at the international level.

“Valencia Conference Centre is the perfect partner if you need to organise a large-scale event like ours, with delegates coming from as far away as Canada and South Africa.”, the organisation claims. “The team has been excellent, responsive, flexible and professional,” they add.

The slogan chosen for the ECU2024 is “Developing EPIC Chiropractic across Europe” and the Research and Education Day, which takes place on the first day of the conference, will seek to answer the following question: “What does – or should – that mean for chiropractic research and education?”. The event will also focus on setting 10-year SMART goals for the chiropractic profession, with the purpose of envisioning the future of the discipline by 2034.

The scientific programme of the ECU2024 Convention revolves around three topics that have attracted a great deal of attention in medical circles: Sleep hygiene, the gut microbiome and the impact of the pandemic on mental health. For this reason, the Convention will feature lectures given by professionals, both from chiropractic and other health fields, offering proposals for a meaningful commitment to action.

In a society where back pain is the leading cause of disability, chiropractic emerges as a tool that should be taken into account. The ECU2024 Convention, which will be held at Valencia Conference Centre, has established itself as a major international event in this field to address this epidemic and contribute to the advancement of global health.
