Valencia Conference Centre will host the second edition of Citrus Forum

The most important event in the citrus sector in Europe will bring together over 1,500 professionals

The second edition of the Citrus Forum, which will be held on 28 and 29 May 2024 at the Valencia Conference Centre, will bring together over 1,500 professionals from the citrus sector from all over the world. The technical agenda of the event, which has become the most important at European level, includes presentations by more than 50 experts in the field.

These sessions are organised in different thematic blocks, among which are the following: Pests and Diseases; Physiology and Nutrition; Production and Marketing; Post-harvest and New Technologies. The organisation highlights the importance of this event within the citrus sector, especially at a time of maximum uncertainty, when training and innovation are essential in order to continue to be profitable.

Citrus Forum has now become a meeting and knowledge exchange point for experts, technical staff, growers and companies in the citrus sector. For this reason, the Valencia Conference Centre will offer a networking room, where business meetings can be held. This space provides opportunities to share information, establish working relationships, develop business opportunities, collaborate and search for potential clients. To arrange these meetings, Citrus Forum has launched its own networking platform.

One of the new features of this second edition of the Citrus Forum, which is taking place at the Valencia Conference Centre, was the introduction of the ‘Citrus Innovation Awards’ by Agromarketing. These awards aim to acknowledge the most important technological solutions and projects in citriculture.

The event will have the support of a large number of leading companies in the citrus sector and the collaboration of numerous public and private entities.
